Fournier Transform Infrared
(FTIR)
We use the FT-IR in many cases where we have been asked to
identify unknown substances. This unit creates a fingerprint
of the sample which can be compared to a known purchased standard.
The FTIR also contains a software library that can help in
compound identification.
