Incubated Bacteria Samples
Our two most popular tests are for the presence of Total
Coliform Bacteria and Fecal/E. Coli Bacteria. The left sample
has no bacteria as it did not turn yellow. The other two have
Coliform Bacteria in them. Below under the "black light" or
Ultraviolet light you can see that the right hand sample turns
purple indicating the presence of Fecal/E. Coli.
